I.R.C. §42 (LIHTC) Projects
AJ Esquire has deep experience working with developers, managers, national syndicators, and lenders on affordable housing transactions governed under I.R.C. §42 Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC). We provide application and transaction services for 9% and 4% credits under multiple individual state Qualified Allocation Plans (QAPs).
We have assisted clients in securing HOME Investment Partnership Program funds, Bond funds (IDA), Federal Home Loan Bank (AHP) loans, Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP) funds, Section 1602 Tax Credit Exchange funds, and various other federal and state subsidized financing sources.
